Oakeside Mansion- Bloomfield, NJ // Mariangel + Kieran
From the moment I arrived at the Oakeside Manion in Bloomfield, NJ, I could see the personalities of Mariangel and Kieran everywhere. After meeting them during their engagement session and getting to see their unique styles, I knew they would keep the wedding day as personal as possible. Hand drawn signs with both English and Spanish translations and a surprise dance troupe from Costa Rica (who put on one hell of a show!) helped Mariangel to incorporate her family and heritage throughout the celebration. Both of their professions, Kieran as a musician and Mariangel as a hairstylist, were also on display for guests to notice. A floral guitar was hung in the ceremony arch behind them as they said their tearjerking personal vows to one another, and Kieran even sang a song to his new bride after their first dance (and after Mariangel swapped her veil for an awesome floral crown).
I could honestly keeping talking about and describing this wedding to anyone who would listen to me because it was that special and memorable, but I think the photos speak better! Also- Marigangel shoes were amazing and I wanted to steal them!
Thank you Mariangel and Kieran for reaching out to me, a stranger on Instagram, and allowing me to be such a big part of your beautiful wedding day. All of my best wishes, vibes, love, etc as you guys start your new West Coast lives together!!
